CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE & CHOCOLATES (Valentine’s Week – Chocolate Day)

Chocolate is everyone's LOVE and sweet indulgence can help you in making great memories. So, its chocolate Milkshake topped with vanilla ice cream and to make it more chocolaty added Choco chips too.

Ingredients:

· Chocolate/Vanilla ice-cream – ½ cup

· Sugar - 2 tbsp

· Chilled Milk – 2 cups

· Ice Cubes

· Chocolate Sauce

· Sprinkler

Method:

· Take a depth utensil add ice cream, milk, sugar and ice cubes. Blend until the mixture is frothy.

· You can just drizzle chocolate sauce on the sides of the glass to make it look more attractive.

· Now pour in the serving glass.

· Top it with vanilla ice cream and Choco chips to make it more chocolaty.

· Chocolate Milkshake is ready to be served chilled.

***Melt the compound chocolate and pour it in the mould of your choice. You can be more creative by adding flavors to your chocolates, can fill anything of your choice or can just keep it plain.
