FLOWER POT SURPRISE (Valentine's week -Rose Day)

Rose Day, marks the beginning of Valentine's week. On this auspicious day, roses are gifted to special ones, celebrating love and affection.

So why not make edible roses for our loved ones to make this special..... yes, strawberry roses planted in edible pot made with chocolate.

Chocolate Flower pot filled with Oreo powder on the top crust, layered with cake & vanilla ice cream.

It's a Flower Pot Surprise, that's absolutely delicious as one keeps digging it, can relish & enjoy.

Ingredients:

· Compound Chocolate

· Vanilla cake

· Vanilla ice cream/ chocolate ice cream

· Oreo Biscuits

· Strawberries

· Paper glasses

· Toothpicks

Method:

· Heat chocolate in a microwave for a minute. Remove the bowl, mix and let it cool. Or else use the double boil method, you can take a big utensil with water and keep a stand, and on that keep the small bowl with roughly chopped chocolates. It will start melting, turn off the flame.

· Make small cuts on 2 opposite ends of paper glasses and fill in each glass with melted chocolate, tilt and turn the glass so that the glass is properly coated with melted chocolate.

· Refrigerate the paper glasses for 30-45 seconds.

· Now start layering the paper cups with crushed vanilla cake, crushed oreo biscuits and ice cream.

· You can layer it as per your preference. Can refrigerate it again.

· While serving top it with crushed oreo biscuits to give a mud effect.

· Make roses using strawberries and use a toothpick to plant the strawberry in the edible pot.

· Demould the edible chocolate flower pot and place them on a serving plate and enjoy.
