Fruit Custard, sweet milk based Indian dessert, flavored with custard powder and a hint of cardamom along with fresh fruits. to satiate the sweet tooth cravings.
Custard topped with fresh fruits and Mahabaleshwar Jelly candies
Ingredients:
· Milk - 500ml
· Custard Powder – 2.5 tbsp (Vanilla Flavour)
· Sugar – 4 tbsp
· Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp (optional)
· Mix Fruits - 1 ½ cups (use soft/hard mix for better taste)
Method:
• Take 2.5 tbsp of custard in a bowl, add around 125 ml of milk to it and make a smooth paste.
• Boil the remaining milk with sugar.
• Now lower the flame and add the custard paste slowly, keep stirring continuously.
• Bring it to a boil, and let it cool.
• Keep it refrigerated.
• While serving add fruits of your choice and jelly to taste it more divine.
