Idli Fry

Ingredients:

Ā· Left over Idli (Cut into length)

Ā· Chaat Masala

Ā· Salt

Ā· Oil for frying

Method:

• Take a kadai with oil in it. Cut the idli's lengthwise and keep it aside.

• Once the oil starts boiling keep the flame on medium and add the idli's.

• Fry it till it turns golden and crisp.

Ā· Now sprinkle little salt and chaat masala.

Ā· Enjoy and serve it hot with ketchup and tea.
