ROSE LASSI

Rose lassi is a cooling and delightfully refreshing drink with a delicate sweetness of rose and tangy yogurt. This flavored yogurt-based summer drink is popular in North India.




Ingredients:

· Thick Curd (Dahi) - 2 cups

· Rose Syrup – 3 -4 tbsp

· Sugar – 2-3 tsp (as per your preference)

· Water – ¾ -1 cup

· Ice cubes

· Finely chopped Pistachios or Rose petals for garnish (Optional)


Method:

· Blend together curd, rose syrup, sugar, little water and ice cubes.

· Start with 2 tbsp of rose syrup and 3 tsp of sugar.

· Increase it later according to your preference. Add water if it is too thick.

· Garnish with finely chopped pistachios and rose petals.
