SESAME SEEDS JUICE/MILK ( Ellu neer/hallu in Kannada)

This is a healthy summer šļøš vegan drink which doesn't require much time to prepare. It is a refreshing, creamy-ish drink that can be served at room temperature or chilled, pleasantly sweet and great for something to sip on in the summer ā±ļøš heat.
It has many other health benefits tooā¤ļø

Ingredients:
Ā· Sesame seeds ā ¾ cup
Ā· Poppy seeds ā 2 tsp
Ā· Cardamom pods ā 4-5
Ā· Jaggery ā 2 tbsp (can increase the quantity if required)
Ā· Water
Method:
Ā· Wash the sesame seeds in water. Transfer it into a mixer jar.
Ā· Add poppy seeds, cardamom pods and water. Grind it into a fine paste.
Ā· Pour this in a utensil, add in additional water to adjust the consistency.
Ā· Add jaggery to sweeten the juice.
Ā· Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
