STRAWBERRY KULFI

Strawberry Infused Kulfi is a delicious dessert recipe that one can try at home.

This exotic recipe is something that can also be made for someone special during the season of love, I meant love for strawberries


Ingredients:

· Milk – ¼ cup

· Condensed milk – ½ cup

· Cream 2-3 slices of bread – ½ cup

· Strawberry -12-15 pieces

· Cashew nut – 8-10

· Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp


Method:

· First remove the crust from all sides of the bread and cut into small pieces, blend the bread pieces and keep it aside.

· Now grind the strawberries and cashew nuts. Keep it aside.

· Take a big bowl add bread powder. milk, condensed milk, cream and blend it.

· Add strawberry cashew pulp and mix well.

· Pour the mixture in kufi moulds, cover the opening with foil or cling film making a small slit at the centre. Insert a wooden kulfi stick and freeze it for 6-7 Hours.

· If you do not have a kulfi mould, use any suitable air tight freezer proof container. You can also use paper cups.

· To unmold, hold the moulds under running water for about 30-45 seconds, release carefully, & serve.

· Garnish with coarse cashew powder and serve chilled with strawberries.
