VALENTINE’S DAY SPECIAL - HOT CHOCOLATE

Love is in the Air!

Hot chocolate to enjoy the lovely romantic evening with my valentine, topped with Heart shaped Marshmallows! Don't miss to see the Marshmallows dipped in chocolate garnished with sprinklers.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Ingredients:

· Milk – 2 cups

· Dark chocolate – 100-120 gms (roughly chopped)

· Unsweetened cocoa powder/Hot chocolate powder – 2 tbsp

· Pinch of salt

· Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

· Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp

· Pinch of nutmeg

· Sugar (optional)

· Whipped cream (for serving) - optional

· Marsh mellows (for serving)

Method:

· Bring the milk to a simmer and add the roughly chopped chocolates and spices.

· Stir until the chocolate is melted.

· Remember not to bring the milk to a boil, so use a milk that is already boiled.

· Pour the hot chocolate into two cups.

· Serve with marsh mellows.
