ALOO🥔 CAPSICUM 🫑 SABZI (POTATO CAPSICUM VEGGIE)

Love this simple veggie preparation, goes well with chapati/ Phulka. This recipe is cooked with very few ingredients as you can see in the video that is shared on this page😊

Ingredients:

· Oil – 1 tbsp

· Mustard seeds – ¾ tsp

· Cumin seeds – ¾ tsp

· Curry leaves – 1 sprig

· Asafoetida (Hing) – ¼ tsp

· Diced potatoes – 1 cup

· Salt

· Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

· Capsicum – ½ cup

· Pinch of sugar

· Grated coconut – 1 ½ tbsp

· Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

· Water as required


Method:

· Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida.

· Add the potatoes along with little water. Cover and cook for some time.

· Once it is cooked partially add salt, turmeric powder and chopped capsicum.

· Again, cover it with a lid.

· Once the potatoes are cooked perfectly, add sugar, grated coconut and finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

· Serve it with chapati or phulka.
