CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

Chocolate is everyone's LOVE and sweet indulgence can help you in making great memories. Chocolate is considered aphrodisiac food since the time of the Aztecs. So, its chocolate Milkshake topped with whipping cream and to make it look attractive added sprinklers too.

Ingredients:

· Chocolate/Vanilla ice-cream – ½ cup

· Whipped Cream – ½ cup

· Sugar - 2 tbsp

· Chilled Milk – 2 cups

· Ice Cubes

· Chocolate Sauce

· Sprinkler

Method:

· Whip the cream to stiff peaks, fill in a piping bag and refrigerate.

· Take a depth utensil add ice cream, milk, sugar and ice cubes. Blend until the mixture is frothy.

· You can just drizzle chocolate sauce on the sides of the glass to make it look more attractive.

· Now pour in the serving glass.

· Fill the top with whipped cream swirls and top it up with sprinklers or chocolate shavings.

· Chocolate Milkshake is ready to be served chilled.
