Kulith cha saar is another special recipe which is very easy, delicious, healthy and quick. This goes fantastic with hot steamed rice, chapati or any bhakari of your choice.
I have served this along with very popular Hubli delicacies Shenga (Peanut) chutney, Raw Imli (tamarind) techa and Ranjaka (Red chilli techa).

Ingredients: · Oil – 1 tbsp · Garlic cloves – 7-8 crushed · Green Chillies – 2-3 finely Chopped · Curry leaves – 1 sprig
· Hing – 1/ 4 tsp
· Onion – 1 big (finely chopped)
· Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
· Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
· Kulith Flour - 2 tbsp
· Water
· Kokum Petals – 2-3
· Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
· Take a kadai with oil in it, add the crushed garlic cloves and green chillies, fry until garlic turns light golden.
· Now add curry leaves, hing and finely chopped onions.
· Fry until onion turns soft, roughly for about 5-6 minutes.
· Add turmeric powder, red chillli powder and salt. Now add kulith flour, dry roast for few minutes.
· Add water and keep stirring and see to it that no lumps should be formed.
· Now add kokum petals and finally garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
· Kulith cha saar is ready to be served with Seamed rice or Rice bhakri or Jowar bhakri or mixed bhakri of your choice.
