Peanut Butter Chilli Cold Noodles 🍜

Creamy, nutty, spicy, and perfectly refreshing, these Peanut Butter Chilli Cold Noodles are tossed in a rich peanut butter dressing with garlic, soy sauce, chilli, and a touch of honey. A quick and flavour-packed recipe that's perfect for warm days!



Ingredients:

·       sunfeast YiPPee! Magic Masala Instant Noodles – 200 g (cooked and cooled)

·       Peanut butter – 1 tbsp

·       Green chillies – 2 finely chopped

·       Garlic – 4 cloves, finely chopped

·       Chilli flakes – 1 tsp

·       Schezwan sauce – 1 tsp

·       Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp

·       Spring onions – 1.5 tbsp

·       Sesame seeds – 2 tsp

·       sunfeast YiPPee! Magic Masala

·       Salt to taste

·       Hot Oil – 1 tbsp

For Topping

·       Spring onion – 2 tbsp, chopped

·       sunfeast YiPPee! Special Topping

·        Sesame seeds – 1 tsp

·       Lemon juice – 1.5 tsp

 

Method:

·       Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, pour the  noodles in Ice cold water, and let them cool completely.

·       In a bowl, add peanut butter, Green chillies, Garlic, Chilli flakes, Schezwan sauce, Red chilli sauce, Spring onions, Sesame seeds, sunfeast YiPPee! Magic Masala & Salt to taste.

·       Pout Hot Oil in the bowl and give a good mix.

·       Now add the cooled noodles to the sauce and toss well until every strand is evenly coated.

·       Finally top it spring onions, sunfeast YiPPee! Special Topping and esame seeds.

·       Drizzle lemon juice and you are ready to slurrp enjoy the Peanut Chilli Cold YiPPee Noodles !!!
